Canterbury Christ Church University is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Registry Coordinator to join the Partnerships Administration Team in Registry Services. We are looking for candidates who are confident and outgoing, with a passion for continuously improving the student and staff experience. This will be achieved through effective and collaborative administration, both within the university and with our UK and international partner institutions.
As a Registry Coordinator (Partnerships), your main responsibility will be to coordinate the administration of UK and international Partnerships, ensuring the delivery of a high-level business support service. You will play a significant role in the planning, development, and enhancement of administrative functions within the Partnerships Registry Team. Collaboration with colleagues across the University and within our partner organizations will be necessary to ensure that Partners adhere to the agreed academic calendar and comply with data quality and regulatory standards.
In addition, you will work with colleagues to ensure that our systems and processes are customer-focused, streamlined, efficient, and meeting the needs of our students and staff. You will proactively manage day-to-day activities to support the business and our stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication and administration abilities. Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely and reliable data. Previous experience working with administrative processes and inter-institutional partner arrangements is required. Additionally, you should have experience in coordinating complex multi-stakeholder events and be able to manage competing priorities and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
