As a Partnership Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Partnership Office and maintaining standards and quality within our educational partnerships. Your administrative support will contribute to ensuring an excellent student experience. You will need to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and effectively prioritize workloads, assisting in the broader responsibilities of the Partnership Office.

Your responsibilities will include implementing administrative processes to support the University’s educational partnerships, updating and formatting policies and procedures, acting as the first point of contact for partnership queries, building and maintaining positive relationships with partners and stakeholders, supporting partners in complying with University policies, providing committee servicing when needed, and offering administrative support for projects and initiatives.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in a similar role within a higher education setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel, is essential. You must be highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively. Attention to detail is crucial for accurate completion of tasks, and strong written communication skills will facilitate effective documentation and correspondence. Additionally, you should be proactive and able to handle tasks and solve problems independently.
