**Operations Manager, International Partnerships**

**About the Role**

**Job Summary:**

The Operations Manager for International Partnerships will report to the Senior Director of International Enrollment Management and collaborate with the Director of International Partnerships. This role involves managing and operating Channel partners, Institutional partners, and handling contracts and financial management. The aim is to develop, manage, and expand a global B-to-B network, including institutional partnerships and key recruitment/program relationships. The Operations Manager will focus on maintaining high-quality partner development and operations, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting strategic international enrollment initiatives within the Global Enrollment Management department. The position requires a keen understanding of diplomacy when engaging with Northeastern’s Colleges and external partners.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Partnership Management:**
– Oversee operations for an extensive portfolio of international partnerships.
– Maintain strong relationships with global recruitment channel partners.
– Collaborate with the Director to assess and implement changes that optimize international channel partnerships.
– Develop a robust management platform to facilitate partner relationships efficiently.
– Coordinate with international channel partners to streamline recruitment processes, program updates, and training.
– Support and manage North American-based channel partners, including training, fairs, and promotional events.
– Assist in the development and management of institutional partners.
– Provide logistical support for partner visits.

**Financial Management:**
– Collaborate with campus financial departments and the Director to secure student enrollment data for timely and accurate commission payments and fund transfers.
– Train and update channel partners on the invoicing process.
– Ensure timely processing of invoices in accordance with contractual terms.

**Contract Management:**
– Assist the Director in processing and managing partner contracts and associated materials.
– Support the establishment and negotiation of international partnerships.

**Customer Service and Additional Duties:**
– Manage the international partner email communications, ensuring efficient communication and high-quality customer service.

**Minimum Qualifications:**
– A Master’s degree in Higher Education or Management or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in a higher education setting.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills, experience with databases, and a history of working with a diverse student population.
– Experience working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
– Knowledge of US Higher Education administration and familiarity with global higher education systems.
– A commitment to international education and cross-cultural understanding.
– Ability to interact professionally with international representatives, faculty, and students, understanding necessary protocols and confidentiality.
– Excellent organizational, project management, and administrative skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and familiarity with Salesforce and student record systems like Banner is preferred.
– Proficiency in a second or third language is an asset.
