The Operations and Data Officer position is a crucial role within Imperial College London’s International Relations Office (IRO). Your primary responsibility will be to enhance and maintain the office’s operational efficiency. This includes managing logistics for meetings, overseeing diary schedules, handling ICT and HR functions, and managing a comprehensive database and CRM system that supports their extensive network. You will also play a pivotal part in organizing high-level international visits, events, and programs aligned with the university’s strategic international engagements, particularly in regions like Singapore, the USA, Ghana, and India.
