They should have experience in planning a rotating menu suitable for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years and be confident in stock rotation, budgeting, and shopping for the kitchen. Candidates should also have completed a minimum of Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and hold current Working with Children’s Check, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, First Aid Certificates, and Child Protection Training.
