Salary: Operational Manager: $ 60,000-$90,000 Education Counsellor: $ 40,000-$60,000 Operational Manager Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with institutes and other educational organisations, including negotiating agreements and contracts. Collaborate with institutes and other educational organisations to develop programs and initiatives that meet the needs of students. Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts in the industry to support the growth and success of our education agency. Work with students to understand their educational goals and provide guidance and support to help them achieve those goals. Provide student counselling services, including advice on course selection, study options, and career opportunities. Conduct research on industry trends and best practices and use that information to inform our agency’s strategy. Develop and execute marketing campaigns and other promotional initiatives to attract new students and build our agency’s reputation. Collaborate with other members of our team to ensure that our agency is providing the highest level of service to our students and partners. Requirements: PIER certified, and bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably business). Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the education industry, with a strong network of contacts. Experience in negotiating agreements and contracts. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required. Experience in marketing and promotion is a plus. 2. Education Counsellor Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end admissions process for students, from initial inquiry to enrolment. Build and maintain relationships with universities and colleges in Australia to ensure a seamless admissions process. Provide exceptional support and guidance to students throughout the admission process. Identify suitable programs and institutions based on students’ academic qualifications, interests, and career aspirations. Develop and implement programs and initiatives to promote student success and retention. Coordinate with universities and colleges to ensure timely responses and decisions on applications. Provide support to students in obtaining visas and other necessary documents to study in Australia. Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and reports. Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards for counselling services. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in education, counselling, or international relations. PIER Certified Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in managing student admissions and experience in an international education environment. In-depth knowledge of the Australian education system, admission requirements, and visa procedures. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in using computer software programs and tools.
