The Bayes MBA Course Office, under the leadership of the Course Operations Manager, includes a Course Office Coordinator, several Course Officers for MBA programs, and a Course Office Administrator, all committed to supporting MBA students and faculty.
**Position and Responsibilities**
This administrative role, reporting to the Course Office Coordinator, involves supporting designated MBA programs by overseeing academic, assessment, and student services. Key tasks include coordinating services for faculty, program directors, module leaders, and external stakeholders. The role requires working one weekend per month, with compensatory time off, and offers opportunities for international travel.
**Person Specification**
Candidates should have a customer-focused approach and possess administrative experience in a higher education setting. Essential skills include strong communication, organization, teamwork, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and databases, with familiarity in SITS/e and Moodle considered an asset. Building strong relationships with students and faculty is crucial for effectively supporting them throughout the program.
