OVERVIEW The Director of International Recruitment at Miami University provides strategic leadership for international student recruitment across undergraduate and graduate programs. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Admission, this role is responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive global recruitment strategy aligned with institutional enrollment goals. The position combines strategic planning, team leadership, partnership development, and global representation of the university. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Lead the university’s international student recruitment strategy for undergraduate and graduate programs. – Oversee global recruitment initiatives and international enrollment pipelines. – Manage and develop international recruitment networks, including education agents and enrollment partnerships. – Supervise and guide a recruitment team focused on international markets. – Analyze international enrollment data to inform data-driven recruitment strategies. – Oversee international marketing and communications efforts related to student recruitment. – Manage budgets associated with international recruitment activities. – Represent Miami University in international settings and at global recruitment events. – Collaborate across campus units to support enrollment growth and student success goals. – Engage in significant international travel to support recruitment and partnership development.
