Job Title: International Student Recruitment Marketing Manager
Salary: Up to $62,000 per annum

As our International Student Recruitment Marketing Manager, you will embark on an exciting journey, working closely with the Director of Marketing & Recruitment (DMR) and the VP of Marketing, North America. Together, you will shape and execute international recruitment and marketing strategies that aim to drive enrollment of international students into INTO Oregon State University and Oregon State University programs.
Your Responsibilities:
– Create and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications plan aligned with recruitment priorities.
– Build a strong network of contacts within the OSU student body, faculty, and staff to support campus visits, webinars, seminars, and media content.
– Collaborate with INTO Regional Marketing Teams to develop in-market strategies and provide support for execution.
– Develop compelling communication campaigns to boost conversion rates.
– Ensure the successful completion of marketing projects, including brochures and digital assets, using new media techniques and platforms.
– Represent INTO OSU at recruitment fairs, exhibitions, and meetings, promoting programs and benefits to agents, regional staff, government organizations, and prospective students.
– Act as a problem solver, offering prompt and accurate responses and support to internal and external audiences.
– Utilize analytical skills to identify recruitment opportunities and generate leads through remote and in-person activities.
– Manage budgeting and resources in line with the recruitment strategy.
– Oversee the ordering and budgeting for promotional materials, adhering to branding guidelines.
– Collaborate with OSU’s Marketing team for asset development and management.
– Organize captivating on-campus events showcasing Oregon State University, as well as multi-day campus visits for international audiences.
