Position Overview

We are currently seeking a talented and dynamic Director of Marketing and Admissions. This role involves steering the strategic initiatives, management, and expansion of our recruitment and admissions activities for the college. You will be responsible for fostering both domestic and international business relationships and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet enrollment objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Student Recruitment and Marketing:

– Lead efforts to achieve student recruitment targets through innovative and effective strategies, market analysis, and development of both onshore and offshore marketing plans.
– Build and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, Navitas colleagues, agents, and external clients across the globe.
– Champion marketing campaigns to differentiate the college from competitors and drive enrollment growth.
– Guide the Student Recruitment team in crafting a robust strategy for promotional initiatives aligned with Group Marketing.
– Define and cultivate key market segments to propel sales and new business ventures.
– Collaborate closely with the College/Campus Director to ensure cohesive campus management.
– Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign success and collaborate with Global Sales & Recruitment Teams for precise execution.
– Analyze sales performance and coordinate marketing strategies to ensure optimal resource utilization.

• Admissions:

– Enhance the Admission & Recruitment processes to optimize service efficiency, including assessment, offer letter generation, and Confirmation of Enrolments (CoEs).
– Oversee recruitment data analysis to align with college strategic aims and support informed decision-making.
– Work in tandem with the Admissions Manager to ensure smooth operations within the admissions team.
– Keep the team informed about updates in student visa requirements, adapting to changes issued by the Department of Home Affairs and other regulatory bodies.

Key Qualifications

• Essential:

– Relevant tertiary qualifications.
– Proven success in sales and a strong network in the international education sector.
– Experience in strategic/operational planning and budget management for cost-effective results.
– Ability to identify value-creating opportunities and deliver strategic recommendations.
– Commercial acumen and decision-making prowess.
– Track record in executing CRM-based conversion and retention strategies.
– Excellent relationship management skills across seniority levels.

• Desirable:

– Experience in private education.
– Knowledge in marketing, including digital marketing and public relations.
– Work experience in a multicultural environment and proficiency in a foreign language.
