**About You**

As the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will join an expert team dedicated to recruiting UK and international students, managing events, and maintaining robust communication channels both online and offline. The role’s primary purpose is to oversee the marketing team’s daily operations at DGHE, which involves engaging current students, staff, community partners, and attracting new students from home and abroad. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, you will work closely with the Admissions team, manage Digital Marketing, Events, and Outreach personnel, and ensure cohesive execution of our marketing strategies.

Your responsibilities will include planning, coordinating, and implementing diverse campaigns to reach local and international audiences, nurturing existing networks, managing the sales funnel (CRM), and overseeing all marketing and communications activities. Integral to this role is ensuring that our brand maintains a strong reputation and effectively reaches key audiences.

You will also play a pivotal role in developing and executing DGHE’s new international recruitment strategy, especially concerning post-graduate courses.

**Main Duties**

– **Oversee International Recruitment:** Collaborate with in-country staff, DGC Group, international partners, agents, contractors, and service providers to develop and implement campaigns, manage various marketing channels, generate leads, follow up, meet sales targets, and ensure a quality experience for applicants.
– **Manage Daily Workflow of Marketing and Communications Team**
