### What You’ll Bring to the Role

**Essential Qualifications:**
– Strong commitment to student-centered learning and teaching
– Experience leading projects or initiatives that enhanced curriculum areas
– Understanding of the needs of international students
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
– Proven leadership and management experience, both direct and indirect reports
– Strong organizational and resource allocation skills
– Competence in data analysis for informed decision-making
– Ability to collaborate across diverse teams
– A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a preference for a UK Master’s degree or higher

**Desirable Qualifications:**
– A teaching qualification
– Experience of studying, working, or living abroad
