OVERVIEW The International Agreements Administrator role at Pennsylvania State University supports the development and stewardship of the institutionās global partnerships. Based within Penn State Globalās Partnership Agreements team, this position focuses on guiding international agreement processes from initiation through approval and recordkeeping. The role serves as a key point of coordination between faculty, administrators, and internal stakeholders to ensure agreements are accurate, compliant, and aligned with university policies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Advise faculty and administrators on initiating international partnership agreements. – Draft, process, review, and maintain international agreements with global partners. – Manage agreement workflows from initiation through execution and renewal. – Ensure compliance with university policies and applicable regulations. – Coordinate approvals with internal stakeholders involved in international agreements. – Maintain databases and records related to international partnership agreements. – Contribute to analytical and annual reports related to international partnerships.
