OVERVIEW The Program Coordinator for Immersive & International Programs at the Carl H. Lindner College of Business supports a portfolio of global and experiential learning initiatives at the University of Cincinnati. This role focuses on coordinating international and domestic program activities that expand studentsā academic and cultural engagement beyond the classroom. The position is based in Cincinnati, Ohio, with a hybrid work option. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Coordinate study abroad programs associated with the Carl H. Lindner College of Business – Support domestic travel programs connected to immersive learning experiences – Coordinate Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) and virtual exchange programs – Manage program logistics, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and operational details – Manage and track program budgets – Collaborate with faculty members to support immersive and international program delivery – Work with internal and external partners involved in international and experiential programs – Support experiential learning initiatives connected to immersive and international education REQUIREMENTS WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS Immersive and international programs play a critical role in preparing business students for global and intercultural professional environments.
