OVERVIEW The International Recruitment and Engagement Advisor role at the University of Wales, Trinity Saint David supports the delivery of the University’s International Student Recruitment Plan 2024–2029. Based in Swansea, this position plays a key role in promoting the University globally, strengthening engagement with prospective international students, and enhancing the end-to-end recruitment journey. The role also has a strong focus on coordination, collaboration, and brand visibility across priority international markets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Work closely with the Head of International Business Development to support delivery of the University’s International Student Recruitment Plan 2024–2029 – Promote the University internationally to attract prospective students from key global markets – Support and enhance the international student recruitment journey from initial engagement through to conversion – Develop and coordinate a Student Ambassador Programme to support recruitment and engagement activity – Use student ambassadors to support recruitment outcomes, conversion, and international brand visibility – Contribute to increasing the University’s profile and reach across priority international markets REQUIREMENTS WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS International student recruitment is a critical component of institutional sustainability, diversity, and global engagement in higher education.
