OVERVIEW The Chief Executive Officer of the UK Council for International Student Affairs (UKCISA) provides strategic and values-led leadership for the UK’s leading organisation dedicated to the international student experience. This role operates remotely with regular travel and a UK base, engaging closely with national and international stakeholders. The CEO represents UKCISA across government, the education sector, and partner organisations to advance the interests of international students. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Lead UKCISA’s overall strategy and organisational direction. – Provide policy leadership and influence at national and international levels. – Engage with UK government departments and sector bodies on issues affecting international students. – Champion the interests and experiences of international students across the UK. – Provide values-led leadership to an expert staff team. – Ensure the delivery of high-quality services to members and stakeholders. – Support income diversification to ensure organisational sustainability.
