The Gordon is currently seeking a skilled and confident individual for the role of International Team Leader, reporting to the Manager Commercial Operations and International in the International Operations department. This is a permanent full-time position based at the Geelong City Campus, suited for someone with leadership experience and student recruitment acquisition expertise who is looking to broaden their skills and engage with international students.

Responsibilities include managing international student acquisition, recruitment activities and campaigns, as well as overseeing programs that encourage the growth of student numbers and produce constructive, informative and engaging experiences. The selected individual will receive training and mentoring from the Manager Commercial Operations and International and be accountable for adhering to legal frameworks and standards such as HEGS, CRICOS, ASQA, ESOS, and VISA requirements.

The International Team Leader will work closely with an energetic team of passionate individuals and broaden The Gordon’s reputation as a preferred educator across various international networks onshore and offshore. The position offers the opportunity to travel domestically and internationally to attend recruitment events and expand industry proficiency while further building the institute’s reputation.
