About the Role:

As a key member of our International Office, the International Support Officer plays a vital role in enhancing the student experience for our international students. Based at our Cambridge campus, you will handle general inquiries, provide advice to current international students, organize student activities, and offer administrative support to the International Office. This customer-facing role involves daily interaction with international students in person and online, ensuring a high-quality student experience for both current and future students.

To be successful in this role, you should hold Two A levels or a vocational qualification at NVQ level 3 or equivalent. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential, and previous experience working with international students in a college or university setting would be advantageous.
