About Us: We are a migration and education agency based in Melbourne, dedicated to providing exceptional services to international students. Currently, we are searching for a dynamic and engaging Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, Chinese, and Korean.

Student Recruitment: Successfully recruit and convert a minimum of 10 onshore international students per month and facilitate at least 10 change of provider cases per month.

Regulatory Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the Australian Qualification Framework (AQF), Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) Act, and all relevant legislation related to international students.

Course Change Procedures: Expertise in managing change of course procedures for international students.

Visa Expertise: Extensive knowledge of Australian Student visas and associated procedures.

Social Media Savvy: Proficient in social media posting and able to engage a wider audience on our platforms.

Digital Marketing: Familiarity with online marketing tools, including email and message marketing.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales and marketing within the education sector preferred but not essential if you can demonstrate the ability to perform.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
