Job Title: International Student Support Officer

Ravensbourne is seeking to expand our support team by hiring an International Student Support Officer. In this role, you will primarily focus on providing assistance to international students alongside our other team members. From the moment they join Ravensbourne until their graduation, you will support and engage with international students, both online and in person. It is essential that you have knowledge of current student visa processes and are comfortable in a student-facing position dealing with inquiries.

Working closely with our International Team, Recruitment, and the Student Union, you will collaborate to organize events with our international societies. These events aim to create a welcoming and supportive environment for our new international students during their time at Ravensbourne. Additionally, you will collaborate with our well-being staff to assess and provide appropriate support to students, as well as develop a calendar of informative and engaging awareness events throughout the year.

This role offers a rewarding opportunity to serve as a vital point of contact for students studying abroad for the first time. Your role will contribute to their growth and learning within our exciting, diverse, and exceptional educational setting.
