In relation to the role, predominantly based at our Cambridge campus with occasional travel to Chelmsford, we are seeking an individual who can lead the development of targeted support for international students in various learning settings. This role will involve close collaboration with professional services and academic course teams to embed support into delivery where appropriate, both in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. Some student-facing activity will be required.

The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of student support and be familiar with the challenges international students may face when entering UK higher education from different learning cultures. Applicants should also have experience in delivering education services to international student cohorts and planning and coordinating activities within an organization. Strong administrative and management skills, as well as IT proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, are necessary. Furthermore, the candidate should demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a complex, fast-paced environment, collaborate with a team, and possess the personable attributes required for student-facing interactions.
