We are seeking to hire a part-time International Student Support Administrator for a job share position, ideally working 2.5 days a week. This role allows for hybrid working, but the expectation is that the post holder will be on the Streatham campus for a minimum of 2 days per week.
We are looking for someone with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong ability to provide exceptional customer service. Previous experience working with international students in a Higher Education setting is preferred. As part of an experienced team, the post holder will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative tasks involved in supporting international applicants and students. Additionally, they will be expected to provide support to the team and students through various methods such as Microsoft Teams, in-person interactions, email, workshops, and webinars.
