Job Summary:

Imperial College London, known for its excellence in STEM education and research, is seeking an International Student Recruitment Officer. As part of the Marketing, Recruitment, and Admissions team, you will play a vital role in promoting the College and attracting exceptional students from around the world.

Duties and Responsibilities:
In this role, you will focus on recruiting international students for undergraduate and postgraduate courses at Imperial College London. You will report to the Senior International Student Recruitment Officer and assist in implementing market-specific plans and strategies for student recruitment in the Asia and Pacific region. Your responsibilities will include engaging with prospective students and their supporters, both in person and online, to showcase the benefits of studying at Imperial. Your tasks will vary, from hosting visitors and answering inquiries to delivering presentations and participating in student recruitment initiatives.

Essential Requirements:
To qualify for this position, you should have an undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification. Experience in international student recruitment or education marketing is essential, as well as a solid understanding of the UK Higher Education system and admissions processes. Strong communication and customer service skills are crucial, as is the ability to work both collaboratively and independently. Your knowledge of and sensitivity to different cultures will be highly valued, along with your ability to build positive relationships with various internal and external stakeholders. Adaptability and flexibility in response to changing demands are also essential qualities for this role.

Further Information:
This is a full-time, open-ended position located at Imperial’s South Kensington Campus. Hybrid working arrangements may be considered, with a minimum requirement of 40% of working time spent onsite.
