The International College of Music (ICMP) – located in London at the heart of the global music industry – is currently looking to fill the role of International Recruitment Manager. ICMP has over 30 years of experience developing and delivering contemporary music education and has been recently awarded its own Degree Awarding Powers and is on track to achieve University Title in the next two years; an exciting time to join an ambitious and growing institution with a global reputation.
As International Recruitment Manager, you will be a part of the Management Team, responsible for departmental planning, budget setting and reporting, meeting recruitment targets and operationally helping ICMP to meet its objectives. This is a great opportunity to further develop your skills in international recruitment and manage an international agent portfolio in the Higher Education sector. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding, knowledge and experience in this area, have an excellent interpersonal skills and have a proven track record in developing and managing international agents.
