The International Office at the University of Auckland is responsible for leading the institution’s international activities, including student recruitment, profile building, partnership development, education programs, and global mobility initiatives. They are currently seeking an International Student Recruitment Lead to manage a team of Recruitment Managers and oversee in-country representatives to drive recruitment initiatives, increase student application numbers, diversify the student population, and support conversion efforts.
This role will involve developing strategic market engagement plans, providing leadership to sales teams, and collaborating with key stakeholders to achieve international recruitment targets. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate expertise in international markets, best practices in student recruitment, and a strong commitment to improving the student experience.
