About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and proactive International Student Compliance Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our dynamic Student Compliance Services team within Student Life. Reporting to the Senior Student Compliance Officer, the International Student Compliance Assistant will ensure comprehensive administrative support concerning international students. This role also involves collaborating with the broader Student Compliance Services team on enrolment activities and addressing international student queries.

Candidates must possess administrative experience with an impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills. A strong customer service orientation, with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures, is also essential.

Welsh Language Skills:
For this role, the required Welsh language proficiency is Level 1 – basic. The role holder should be able to pronounce Welsh words, answer the phone in Welsh (good morning/afternoon), and use basic everyday phrases (thank you, please, etc.). Level 1 proficiency can be achieved with a one-hour course.
