Position Title: International Student Recruitment Officer (Fixed-term)

Bond University, Australia’s leading independent university, is seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join the International Student Recruitment sales team in the Office of Future Students. This exciting career opportunity is a full-time, fixed-term appointment for a period of two years, with a possibility of conversion to a continuing employment contract.

As a member of this dynamic team, you will be responsible for increasing the international commencing student numbers from a key source market. Your role will involve growing and converting student recruitment pipelines, planning and executing international student recruitment tactics, and developing effective relationships with various stakeholders. Additionally, you will contribute to the ongoing planning, implementation, and evaluation of the University’s marketing and student recruitment activities.

To be successful in this role, you should be a motivated and ambitious team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should have a degree in a relevant discipline and experience in international student recruitment or equivalent premium brand sales. Additionally, you should possess strong relationship management skills and a track record of successful partnership development.

This position requires sound knowledge of the Australian international higher education sector, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to make data-driven decisions. You should also have a passion for personalized learning and providing the best student experience. Strong in-market knowledge, insights, and a thorough understanding of competitor activity will be essential to optimize recruitment performance.

The salary for this position ranges from $104,310.10 to $119,556.79 per annum, plus 12% superannuation, dependent on skills, qualifications, and experience. Please note that this is a full-time, fixed-term position for up to two years, with twelve months’ probation. The possibility of conversion to a continuing employment contract will be discussed at the end of the contract term.
