Position Summary:
The School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, Enrollment Management area, is seeking an International Recruitment Manager to support the recruitment and enrollment management of international students for the School’s graduate and undergraduate programs. Duties include:

1. Participating in graduate recruitment events globally aimed at international students currently enrolled in undergraduate programs in the US.
2. Assisting with undergraduate recruitment for SEAS by working with International Admissions/Enrollment Management.
3. Collaborating with international recruitment agencies to host specialized recruitment events in key countries/regions.
4. Following up with leads post recruitment events and assisting them in the application process.
5. Working with Communications and Marketing to develop an international specific communication plan post recruitment.
6. Translating websites/landing pages/marketing material into different languages for recruitment.
7. Managing International graduate applicant yield events (i.e. Accepted student receptions in India, etc.).
8. Working closely with UB International Alumni Engagement to leverage alumni in the recruitment process.
9. Exploring new relationships with international recruitment companies and organizations.
10. Attending international conferences to network with companies and schools.
11. Assisting with undergraduate recruitment and hosting accepted student receptions for SEAS by working with International Admissions/Enrollment Management.
12. Visiting local schools and hosting visits for international students to assist them in the process of applying.
13. Assisting in the Immigration Review and I-20 Issuance process during peak processing periods.
