Job Overview: International Recruitment and Conversion Officer (Pathways) at Manchester Metropolitan University

Manchester Metropolitan University (Manchester Met) is actively seeking an International Recruitment and Conversion Officer (Pathways) to join its International Recruitment and Conversion team. This dynamic and highly impactful role is designed to support the University’s robust internationalisation strategy by driving international student recruitment through pathway partners and raising the institution’s global profile.

To achieve this, the successful candidate will develop and implement marketing, recruitment, and conversion strategies tailored to prospective pathway students, as well as promote Manchester Met’s opportunities worldwide. This includes managing and delivering in-person and digital recruitment events, liaising with pathway partner stakeholders to optimise their engagement with Manchester Met, and occasionally representing the university abroad for up to 4 weeks per year.
