**Location:**
Candidates must be eligible to work in either Sydney or Auckland, either through citizenship or a work holiday visa (e.g., Australia subclass 462 or New Zealand working holiday visa). Applicants must be ready to relocate to either city within this year.

**About the Role:**
The International Program Coordinator will primarily handle tasks related to placing student interns with host companies. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

– Outreach to host companies and relationship management
– Coordination with external teams for internship visa paperwork
– Managing the placement process for students, including interview arrangements and offer letter preparations
– Liaising with host companies to ensure compliance during the internship period
– Conducting student interviews and building individual profiles
– Managing student expectations regarding internships
– Reviewing and editing student resumes based on location preferences
– Providing professional development sessions for students
– Communicating with students on paperwork, deadlines, and program-related queries
– International travel to support and oversee ongoing programs
– Administrative tasks such as booking suppliers and conducting online research

**Background, Skills, and Interests:**
This is an entry-level position with on-the-job training provided. Desirable qualifications include:

– Undergraduate degree in Education Management, Travel & Tourism, Social Sciences, International Relations, or International Education (preferred)
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multitasking capabilities
– Self-starter with effective planning and time management skills
– Excellent customer service and a passion for high-quality study abroad programs
– Preferred experience in living or studying abroad
– Experience working with university students
– Willingness to travel internationally for periods ranging from two weeks to a month, 2-3 times annually
– Proficiency in an additional language is a plus
– Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
