From initial student inquiries to course completion, you will deliver an exceptional educational journey. Your tasks will range from managing budgets to orchestrating student events, making every day varied and engaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and monitor course budgets.
- Track student applications and enrollment, aligning resources and planning courses accordingly.
- Organize student welcome programs and graduation events.
- Coordinate course schedules, liaising with university colleagues for seamless delivery.
- Proofread course materials to maintain quality.
About You:
- You should hold a degree or equivalent professional experience with a meticulous approach to detail.
- Effective in project management, you must be capable of independently directing your work, prioritizing tasks, and managing resources efficiently.
- Experience in sales or customer service roles is necessary, along with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with data management systems such as SITS or Access is required.
