**The Opportunity**
Are you a seasoned administrator with exceptional attention to detail, customer service, and project coordination skills? UAL’s Study Abroad and Preparation Programmes offer specialized courses to the international market, including pre-degree courses, enabling students worldwide to progress onto UAL courses. As an International Programme Coordinator, you will closely collaborate with the Senior International Programmes and Operations Manager to manage these programmes and provide an outstanding student experience, ensuring a smooth journey from pre-departure to course completion.
**Your Responsibilities Will Include:**
– Overseeing and monitoring course budgets
– Staying updated on student applications and enrolment figures, and planning courses and resources accordingly
– Organizing and executing student welcome programmes and graduation events
– Scheduling and planning courses, collaborating with university colleagues, managing timetables, securing teaching rooms, and supporting online course staff and other facilities
– Proofreading course materials
**About You**
You should have a degree (or equivalent professional experience) and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, with strong proofreading and data verification skills. You must possess excellent coordination and project management abilities, be capable of leading others, managing your workload and deadlines independently, and effectively planning, prioritizing, and managing resources. Previous experience in a sales/customer service setting is vital, along with strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in IT, particularly in MS Office, and familiarity with data input and reporting databases like SITS, Access, or FileMaker Pro is essential.
