Job Description: This position involves working within a student administration team to support student record and assessment at the University’s International Partnerships. The team oversees 11,000 students across various locations including Malaysia, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Oman, and UK based partners. The role includes working closely with academic and administrative colleagues at partner institutions as well as with colleagues at UWE.

The position is fast-paced and diverse, given the different academic calendars and multiple intakes per year with various partners, and complex partnership arrangements. The role involves managing a small team to register students and provide access to teaching materials. As a manager, responsibilities include conducting regular 1:1s, Performance Development Reviews, inductions, and probationary reviews with new staff.

Candidate Profile: Strong skills in building effective working relationships, teamwork, prioritization, and communication are essential. You should be able to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ability to clearly communicate orally and in writing is also important.

Location: This role is based at the Frenchay campus, which offers state-of-the-art facilities and resources for staff and students.
