About the role:
We are currently seeking a candidate for a newly created role that will support our growth in International Partnership. This position will focus on facilitating business development, with an emphasis on Transnational Education (TNE). It is a dynamic role that involves coordinating partnerships across various international dimensions, providing insights and data analysis, organizing high-level visits and delegations, developing agreements, monitoring impact, and promoting activities through various communication channels.
Reporting to the International Partnerships Manager in our International Engagement Office, you will work closely with internal stakeholders such as Associate Deans (International) and faculty members. You will also collaborate with professional services staff from different departments within the university. Externally, you will be the main point of contact for international partner institutions, funding bodies, and policy organizations in Higher Education.
About you:
We are seeking a highly organized individual who excels at building relationships and leveraging connections. You should be proactive and able to take initiative in engaging with institutional and stakeholder priorities. Creativity, innovation, and strong problem-solving skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of business acumen. Ideally, you will have experience in Higher Education or a good knowledge of sector trends and international Higher Education policy developments.
Occasional domestic and international travel may be required.
