Position: International Partnerships Manager
Schedule: 1 full-time equivalent (37 hours per week), including evenings and weekends. International travel may be required for up to 2 weeks at a time.
Salary: UH8 £44,263 – £46,974 per annum, with potential to progress to £56,021 per annum through annual increments based on skills and experience.
Annual Leave: 30 days plus standard public holidays, with an additional 4 days during the office closure between Christmas and New Year.

We are seeking an experienced International Partnerships Manager to join our dynamic team in the International Office at the University of Hertfordshire. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the development, implementation, and enhancement of international partnerships as part of our university’s International Strategy.

Key responsibilities include operationalizing the university’s Transnational Education partnership strategies, providing professional support to partners and other stakeholders, and collaborating with international recruitment staff, quality assurance staff, academic schools, and external stakeholders to identify and develop business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in international marketing or partnership environments, including the ability to identify market opportunities and evaluate their impact. They should also have a proven track record of developing partnerships from initial lead to implementation, as well as knowledge of Transnational Education (TNE) and/or commercial partnerships. Strong communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to work efficiently under multiple deadlines are essential for this position.

Minimum qualification requirements include a degree or equivalent qualification at level 6, or substantial proven experience.
