**Key Responsibilities:**
– Oversee all administrative functions within the International Office, ensuring compliance in a sales-focused setting.
– Coordinate processes for agent appointments, monitoring, renewals, and terminations, ensuring adherence to policies and regulations.
– Maintain agent records and contracts, conduct regular data returns, and address inquiries related to these areas.
– Accurately process agent commissions in accordance with the university’s service level agreement.
