Are you experienced in international student recruitment and marketing? Do you have a passion for connecting international students with the right study opportunities?
As part of this role, you will be responsible for planning and implementing international student recruitment strategies and activities in designated markets, with a focus on China, to achieve recruitment targets. You will also contribute to the growth of international student recruitment, the development of Kent’s global network, and the enhancement of Kent’s international profile.
Responsibilities:
– Recruit international students in designated countries to meet recruitment targets
– Use statistical data and market intelligence to inform future marketing campaigns and recruitment activities
– Develop expert cultural knowledge and relationships with key influencers to identify new opportunities for recruitment
– Manage relationships with external organizations such as embassies, funding bodies, schools, and universities
– Plan and implement international student recruitment strategies for the Chinese market
Requirements:
– Proven experience in international student recruitment and marketing
– Proficiency in using market intelligence and data to develop targeted recruitment strategies
– Familiarity with the global student recruitment market and the challenges faced by HEIs in this market
– Experience working with international recruitment agencies
