**International Officer Opportunity: Elevate Exeter’s Global Reach**
The International Student Recruitment team at the University of Exeter is seeking an International Officer to boost the university’s global standing, forge strong stakeholder relationships, and attract talented students ready to thrive. Our team engages with stakeholders both in the UK and globally, bringing expertise in branding, strategic marketing, event management, media (digital and traditional), student recruitment, admissions, market research, and internal communications.
**Position Details**
This full-time, permanent position is available immediately and offers a hybrid working model, allowing for both on-campus and remote work.
**Role Overview**
Collaborating with Faculties and Professional Services, you will aid in developing recruitment channels to meet the University’s ambitious international recruitment goals. Initially, you will join the Europe and Central Asia team, focusing on these regions, with the possibility of market responsibilities evolving in alignment with the University’s priorities and business needs.
The University may be able to sponsor a visa for this position, contingent upon the successful candidate meeting UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) requirements.
**Candidate Profile**
Applicants should hold a UK bachelor’s degree or equivalent and possess relevant experience in a customer-facing role. A proactive approach and the ability to work independently to advance team strategies are essential.
A thorough understanding of UK higher education structures and admissions processes is crucial. Successful candidates will demonstrate outstanding presentation, interpersonal, research, and data analysis skills. The role involves overseas travel and extended working hours.
