The main objective of the International Officer position is to support the growth of the University of Chichester’s international student population in terms of numbers, nationalities, levels, and subject areas. This will involve expanding and maintaining the university’s network of recruitment stakeholders, such as agents, school counselors, and British Council contacts. The role will also involve identifying and creating recruitment opportunities through other channels, such as partnerships with overseas organizations. The International Officer will be responsible for improving recruitment and conversion communication strategies, including digital marketing, social media, and customer relationship management, in collaboration with the Marketing and Communications team.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of current trends and primary channels in international student recruitment. They should have a proven track record of working in an international environment.
