### Job Description

The University of Chester is looking to appoint an International Officer to join our International Centre, focusing primarily on the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

As a key member of the International Marketing, Recruitment, and Admissions team, you will report to the International Marketing & Recruitment Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include driving student recruitment activities, generating leads, and converting prospective students from your designated markets to meet our recruitment targets.

Utilizing the resources at your disposal, you will be responsible for establishing new and managing existing relationships with stakeholders, which include overseas institutions, recruitment agents, and sponsors.

**Qualifications and Skills Required:**
– A degree or equivalent qualification.
– Previous experience in a similar role within Higher Education.
– Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
– Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
– Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
