We are currently hiring an International Mobility Officer for a full-time, permanent position, working 37 hours per week.
THE ROLE
The International Mobility Officer will have an important role in supporting the implementation and delivery of the University’s outbound study abroad programs, as well as two new externally funded projects:
- Turing Outward mobility scheme and The Global Wales Discover program
- Taith

ABOUT YOU
To be considered for the position of International Mobility Officer, you will need:
- An Honours degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
- Excellent communication skills, able to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds and at all levels through various forms of media
- Experience in providing high-quality customer care in a customer-facing/customer services role
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and preferably SharePoint, OneDrive, and Forms
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines within limited timeframes
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
It would also be advantageous if you have experience in:
- Funding/financial administration
- Experience or knowledge of Study Abroad
- Knowledge of the internationalization of Higher Education, particularly current mobility challenges and opportunities
- Ability to communicate in Welsh
