As part of the Staff Compliance Team, you will play a central role in maintaining the legal and regulatory frameworks that enable Imperial’s academics and staff to work across borders-whether that involves advising on overseas assignments, coordinating compliance processes, or tackling complex casework. Key Responsibilities:
Your primary tasks will include:
- Coordinating compliance processes for international mobility projects, working with teams across the university and external vendors.
- Reviewing overseas working requests and ensuring all necessary documentation, such as visas, contracts, and legal forms, are accurately submitted and prioritized for processing.
- Offering guidance on mobility procedures, legislation, and updates to staff members, HR colleagues, and other departments within the College.
- Delivering training materials, presentations, and compliance reports to maintain regulatory adherence across the institution.
- Supporting initiatives and cross-department collaborations to embed best HR and compliance practices throughout the College.
