We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to join our University’s Marketing Office, tasked with delivering international marketing projects across multiple channels through a variety of media.
**About the Role:**
You will be part of the Campaigns Team, responsible for leading brand-level marketing for student recruitment. This includes managing web content, email marketing, advertising, organic social campaigns, and creating both online and offline assets such as videos and prospectuses. Our team comprises marketing, communications, and digital content specialists who drive B2C activities throughout the customer journey.
We utilize content marketing across the entire applicant journey—from top-of-funnel marketing such as advertising and printed guides to our website and social media, down to more personalized communications via our CRM.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Execute international marketing projects across multiple channels.
– Collaborate closely with internal teams and various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project management.
– Produce high-quality content, maintaining accuracy and adhering to professional standards.
– Handle both digital and traditional marketing techniques and platforms.
– Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks efficiently.
**Essential Skills and Experience:**
– Proven experience in marketing and communications, with a strong understanding of digital and traditional platforms.
– Experience in content production, writing, and proofreading to ensure top-quality communications.
– Strong IT and analytical skills, coupled with the ability to work independently.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Familiarity with legislations like the Competitions and Markets Authority (CMA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and a commitment to uphold these regulations.
**Working Conditions:**
– This is a full-time, indefinite role, although flexible working arrangements will be considered.
– The role is hybrid, involving both on-campus and home working.
– You will be required to work during the clearing and confirmation period, typically mid-August around A-level results day. Leave during this period will be restricted.
