**Background**

As part of the Marketing & External Relations Department, the Student Recruitment and Marketing team strategizes on marketing and recruitment for both undergraduate and postgraduate programs. This particular role is positioned within the Postgraduate and International Marketing team, aiming to promote City St George’s postgraduate offerings in both domestic and international markets. The team’s primary goal is to boost inquiries, applications, and enrollments, thereby meeting the University’s recruitment objectives.

**Responsibilities**

In this role, you will focus on City St George’s marketing initiatives in international markets, supporting the International Student Recruitment team. Responsibilities include overseeing marketing and communication efforts such as email marketing, content creation, CRM, advertising, research, insights, recruitment events promotion, and web content management. You will collaborate closely with other Marketing Officers and university staff to develop targeted campaigns for prospective international students and applicants.

**Person Specification**

Candidates should have experience in higher education marketing, with a solid understanding of the education sector, including recruitment cycles and the student journey for both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, email marketing, and content development is essential. The role demands excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with exceptional copywriting and proofreading abilities, a keen eye for detail, and the capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
