Job Title: International Marketing Project Manager
Employment Type: Full-time, Fixed-term (18 months)

Ardent Ltd is an established SME operating globally for nearly 30 years. Based in Roecliffe, North Yorkshire, the company specializes in the design, manufacture, and installation of fire suppression protection equipment for vehicles. With a strong reputation in the UK and overseas, Ardent serves various industries including mining, civil engineering, rail, and recycling. The company is experiencing steady growth and currently employs 55 staff members.
Job Description:
We are seeking an ambitious and motivated individual to drive an international marketing project at Ardent. This 18-month project aims to develop a systemized approach to international market development, identify and deliver innovation initiatives, and explore new markets in growing technology areas. The successful candidate will work with the Ardent team to develop and realize new international markets for the company’s products and services. Additionally, the role involves embedding continuous improvement processes to ensure agile international strategy development and growth opportunities.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a self-starter with a passion for marketing and a desire to learn and apply methodologies in a dynamic, global business environment. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Marketing, International Marketing, Business Management with Marketing, Strategy, or a related field. Work experience in a commercial environment, particularly in SMEs, will be advantageous. Recent graduates with relevant work-related experience or projects are also encouraged to apply.
The successful candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, project management experience, and the ability to work independently. They should also be confident in liaising with stakeholders at a senior level and collaborating with Ardent’s existing UK marketing capability. Academic support will be provided by experts at Leeds Beckett.
