Key Responsibilities:

• Market Expansion: Identify and develop new international markets to expand our reach and reputation.
• Student Recruitment: Manage and strategically recruit international students in the Hospitality & Business fields.
• Agent Engagement: Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with new and existing international education agents.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan and budget aligned with our growth objectives.
• Global Presentation: Conduct impactful business presentations both nationally and internationally to enhance our brand presence.
• Sales and Targets: Meet quarterly sales targets and contribute toward achieving budget objectives as part of a collaborative team.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients through regular meetings (8-10 appointments weekly).
• Workplace Culture: Actively contribute to fostering a positive and healthy workplace environment.

Skills and Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the Australian VET sector in a similar role.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with a focus on international student recruitment or marketing.
• Proven knowledge of international student recruitment markets.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders locally and internationally.
• Demonstrated expertise in sourcing, developing, and implementing new business opportunities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivation, coupled with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Willingness and ability to undertake international travel.
• High levels of computer literacy.
