**Position Summary**
The International Enrollment Manager within the International Admissions department is tasked with overseeing and managing the entire admissions operations for international students. This crucial role ensures a smooth and efficient admissions process, from application submission to enrollment, for all international applicants. The International Enrollment Manager is responsible for leading a team of admissions professionals, developing and implementing best practices, and ensuring compliance with university policies and external regulations.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities:**
– **Management:** Lead and develop the international admissions operations team. Provide strategic direction and set goals aligned with the university’s enrollment strategies.
– **Admissions Operations:** Establish standard operating procedures for admissions processing and manage the application review process, including the evaluation of academic credentials, English proficiency, and other required documents.
– **Process Improvement:** Continuously assess and enhance admissions processes, workflow, technology, and systems to improve efficiency and applicant experience.
– **Compliance and Regulations:** Stay informed of and ensure compliance with university policies and federal and state regulations, including international student visa requirements. Liaise with legal counsel and government agencies as needed and develop policies to ensure compliance with FERPA and other relevant regulations.
– **Data Analysis and Reporting:** Analyze admissions data and prepare reports on metrics, processing times, trends, and performance indicators to guide decision-making and strategic initiatives.
– **Collaboration and Communication:** Collaborate with other departments and communicate effectively with prospective students, parents, and external partners. Develop targeted communication strategies for international applicants in conjunction with marketing and communications teams.
– **Strategic Planning:** Contribute to the strategic development and implementation of the university’s international admissions and enrollment goals.
– **Technology and Systems Management:** Oversee the evaluation, implementation, and maintenance of admissions software and systems. Train staff on technology use to ensure data integrity and security.
– **Coordinate Initial Form I-20 Processing:** Manage the complete process for issuing initial Form I-20s for international students, ensuring accuracy and timely processing in compliance with university and DHS guidelines.

**Minimum Qualifications**
– Bachelor’s degree.
– At least 3 years of experience in international admissions or a related field, with strong knowledge of student recruitment, admissions processes, and immigration regulations.
– Excellent leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
– Ability to implement process improvements and proficiency in using SEVIS and Slate.
– Strong analytical and reporting skills.
– Exceptional communication skills.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. full-time without visa sponsorship.
**Preferred Qualifications**
– Master’s degree.
– Experience as a Designated School Official (DSO) in SEVIS or relevant training.
– Advanced skills in Slate processes, CRM, and reporting tools.

**Salary Range:** $85,000 – $95,000
