## Position Summary
The International Enrollment Manager in the International Admissions department is pivotal in managing admissions operations and processing functions for international students. This role ensures the admissions process runs smoothly, from application submission to enrollment. The International Enrollment Manager will lead a team of admissions professionals, develop best practices, and ensure adherence to university policies and external regulations.
### Key Duties and Responsibilities
– **Management:** Lead and develop the international admissions operations team. Set strategic goals aligned with the university’s enrollment strategies.
– **Admissions Operations:** Develop standard operating procedures for admissions processing. Oversee the application review process, including academic credential evaluation, English proficiency, and other required documents.
– **Process Improvement:** Continuously enhance admissions processes, workflow, technology, and systems to improve efficiency and the applicant experience.
– **Compliance and Regulations:** Ensure compliance with university policies, federal and state regulations, international student visa requirements, and immigration laws. Liaise with legal counsel and government agencies as needed.
– **Data Analysis and Reporting:** Analyze admissions data and prepare reports on metrics, processing times, trends, and performance indicators.
– **Collaboration and Communication:** Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless admissions process. Communicate effectively with prospective students, parents, and external partners.
– **Strategic Planning:** Contribute to the development and implementation of the university’s goals for international admissions and enrollment.
– **Technology and Systems Management:** Oversee admissions software and systems maintenance to ensure data integrity and security. Train staff on technology use.
– **Coordinate Initial Form I-20 Processing:** Manage the issuance of initial Form I-20 for undergraduate and graduate international students, ensuring compliance with university and DHS guidelines.

### Minimum Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in international admissions or admissions, with strong knowledge of international student recruitment, admissions processes, and immigration regulations.
– Excellent leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
– Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements and use technology (Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS), Slate CRM).
– Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
– Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
### Preferred Qualifications
– Master’s degree.
– Experience as a Designated School Official (DSO) in SEVIS or evidence of related training.
– Advanced skills in Slate CRM processes and reporting tools.

$85,000 – $95,000
