  • Student Advising and Preparation:

– Recruit, select, and guide students through study abroad programs.
– Organize and deliver engaging information sessions, pre-departure orientations, and returnee discussions to ensure students are prepared for all aspects of their experience abroad.

  • Portfolio Management:

– Oversee a variety of education abroad program types, including reciprocal exchange, affiliated, faculty-led, and experiential/internship programs.
– Collaborate with academic units to integrate study abroad opportunities into the broader curriculum and degree plans.

  • Building Relationships and Program Development:

– Work with faculty, academic advisors, and international partners to identify new program opportunities and improve existing ones.
– Foster partnerships that merge academic goals with international education initiatives.

  • Administrative and Marketing Tasks:

– Manage online portals and develop promotional materials.
– Supervise student workers and maintain administrative processes.

  • Special Projects:
