The Student Recruitment and Admissions Professional Service Unit is accepting applications from International Development Managers for the role of International Development Manager (UK) at Cranfield University located in Cranfield, Bedfordshire. The full-time starting salary for this position is usually between £35,559 to £39,434 per annum, with potential progression to £48,855 per annum. Flexible working arrangements will be actively considered.

The International Development Manager (UK) is responsible for developing and implementing a strategy for recruiting new fee-paying students from the UK. The role involves growing student numbers through direct channels and managing a portfolio of partnerships with higher education institutions and funding bodies across the region to recruit fee-paying students to Cranfield. Relationships with external agencies, attending recruitment events, and managing key internal and external relationships are all part of the role.

The ideal candidate would have plenty of experience in domestic and international student recruitment and would represent the University nationally. They would be familiar with developing effective national and international networks and relationships as well as being a skilled diplomat with deep cultural awareness. A degree or equivalent qualification, excellent communication and networking skills, and experience in higher education student recruitment are also required.
